Kiteland is the first multi-property thematic kitesurfing venture in Brazil present on the famous Rota dos Ventos, on the coast of Piauí. Kiteland Maramar is in a gated community, surrounded by coconut palms, palm trees and very close to the beach. The Project will have 60 units distributed between bungalows and Rooftops with a great leisure area: swimming pool, children's playground, gazebo, bicycle and barbecue.
